I had a new roof put on my house about 2 months ago. The other day when it was raining I noticed water leaking at the vent from the heater in the attic. After the rain, I got on the roof but did not see any holes or anywhere it would leak. Where do you think the water is coming from?

When I got into the attic I could not find any holes or anything that looks like it would leak. The only thing in the area is the pipe from the heater that goes through the roof. Can water be leaking from the heater?
