The metal pipe that comes out of the ground with the wires in it under our electric meter is rusted and full of holes near the ground. When I say this I called the power company but they told me they were not responsible for making the repairs. Furthermore, they told me if I don’t get it repairs in 60 days they may turn off my power. How do you suggest this be repaired?
