I put new light bulbs in my ceiling fan and ever since then, the lights flicker when the fan is running. I made sure the bulbs were tight, which they were, but they still flicker. I did not have this problem before. Did I break the fixture or something when I put the new bulbs in?

It sounds like you may have put some of the new “green” fluorescent light bulbs in the fixture.  Right?  If this is the case, these bulbs do not work well in ceiling fans.  The movement in the fan upsets the gas in the bulbs that is already being upset by the electrical flow and it causes flickers.  Go back with regular incandescent bulbs or try to find the fluorescent bulbs designed for ceiling fans and see if that does not fix t he problem.
